Visiting this website

Each time you visit, the server of our hosting provider Netlify, Inc. (USA) automatically logs technical data: IP address, date and time of access, the page requested, browser and operating system. This data is needed to operate the website securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest) and is deleted after 30 days at the latest, unless needed to investigate a security incident.

Cookies, analytics and fonts

This website does not use tracking cookies, analytics tools or advertising networks. Fonts and icons are served from our own server, not from third-party servers.

Contacting us by phone, e-mail or enquiry form

When you contact us, we process the data you provide (name, phone number, e-mail address, property address and the content of your enquiry) in order to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation or perform a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep this data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry, or for as long as statutory retention periods for business records require.

Data sent through the enquiry form is stored by our hosting provider Netlify, Inc. (USA), which forwards it to us by e-mail. The transfer to the USA is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. We delete the enquiry from the hosting system once we have dealt with it.

Google Maps

The “Get directions” link opens Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited). Data is only transferred to Google once you click the link; Google's privacy policy applies to that processing.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Send your request to stolarijabrod@gmail.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in Croatia: Agencija za zaštitu osobnih podataka (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, azop.hr.
